Clean and comfy rooms. Negative was prepaid for breakfast and was told it started at 7am. We pre planned and got up early to eat right at 7 and hit the road. Nothing was there when we got up. When we asked front desk, she said they were delayed and would be starting only at 7:30. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch. They didn’t even offer something to go. When I asked to be reimbursed, the front desk told us she could only leave a message for the manager.

Check in process is slow despite the fact that there was no one ahead of us. Continental breakfast for ten bucks you get muffins and croissants. If you’re planning to shower be aware that there are only two settings. Off and scalding hot. My body was red and burnt after the shower. Bathroom door didn’t close. Beds were comfortable for sure. Overall cleanliness was good.

The room was dinghy and dusty. The refrigerator wasn’t on so it was of no use to us. Not even a bottle of water offered. We asked for cold beer and there was none. Very simple things to ask for for 150.00!

There were issues with the hotel because it is aging, what stood out for me was the excellent and courteous staff. I know they were short staffed, yet they tried to meet everyone's needs. The room was fine and checkin and out went smoothly.

I stay here whenever I need to fly in and out of Albany. Always a good value and service is usually ok too. Checkout is at 12. And I was in my room at 1201 and the front desk calls to tell me checkout is at 12. I had been waiting for hot water in the shower since 1030am. Never was there hot water. Not even warm. That ruined my stay here. And I’m not happy they called 1 minute after checkout. 0% hospitality from the man working and calling. AND. This happened the last time. From the same person. Exact scenario.
