Double charged!!

They decided to double dip, I ended up paying for my room twice. Once i. February when I booked the trip and again now. Ended up paying over three hundred for one night. Should get reimbursed.

Property was clean, staff were very pleasant and mostly helpful. Breakfast was ok. I asked about parking and was directed to the garage at a discounted rate thru Hyatt however it would have been nice to be informed that the metered 24hr rate was cheaper. Ed was delightful, helpful and went above and beyond.

During my recent stay, I was particularly drawn to the novelty of the new hotel in my vicinity. Residing on Broadway, I regularly engage in a daily health walk along the skywalk, which affords me a constant view of the hotel. Consequently, I was delighted to experience the comfort of its exceptional bedding and the attentive service provided by the front desk, which included a delightful breakfast buffet featuring an array of delectable hot and cold items. The shower pressure was particularly impressive, despite the absence of body soap, which serves as an indicator of the hotel’s high-quality products. Additionally, the ample supply of towels and the overall comfort of the room contributed to my positive experience. The hotel’s bar also played a significant role in my enjoyment, prompting me to consider booking a weekend stay to fully immerse myself in the hotel’s amenities and activities, even though I reside in the neighborhood lol

First time staying- refrigerator did not work in the room. Told front desk they offered a room exchange or staff to look into it. We chose to have the workers look into it (don’t know if they ever showed) no updates given. No cleaning for the four days/three nights we were there. Closets were extremely small (good for one person/not two). Only two draws available for clothes. King size bed is not a true king. This place is good for an overnight but not more than two days. Parking is off site in a garage. No security around.

Good Value ..Very comfortable

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in Albany to see a concert at the MVP Arena. The Hyatt turned out to be a good choice. The staff was very courteous, the room was very comfortable , the bed was wonderful. All in all a good choice for downtown Albany
