I arrived late, and they keep the automatic sliding door locked at night. That’s not something you want to see or wait for after a long, late-night bus ride. A positive note, upon check-in, the staff is very accommodating; the woman at the front desk was friendly.
However, upon entering my room, it initially appeared clean. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection of the bathroom, I noticed hair on the wall, presumably left by the previous guest, as well as hair on one of the bed sheets. If your trying stay in the Downtown Albany area, the Marriott was placed in the heart of the location, but that last stay was equal to the Ramada Hotel in Albany, with the main difference of the Marriott had more modern appliances/ furniture.
