Friendly staff, very lackluster breakfast options. Arrive early or they will start removing food items while you are still getting food if it is 9:30. No AC in our room on day one, broken outlets and lousy shower pressure. The area is very rundown with old unoccupied buildings and near the bus station with a transient population.
