My wife and I stayed here on the evening of the 2nd of January. Arrival was interesting Having parked and been told about the £16 parking fee (which is excessive) we arrived at reception. Now I am fortunate enough to have Hilton Gold status, so on being given the room category I booked, I enquired whether there were any upgrades available (I was pretty sure there were as the hotel was extremely quiet) The receptionist laughed at the question. I'm not sure whether the lady on reception was being deliberately rude, or whether this was a nervous reaction but on reflection we were upgraded so it wasnt too much of a problem. We ordered food to the room which was actually very good, Both the food and the coffee for breakfast were lukewarm although the staff in the restaurant were extremely attentive and deserve credit for that. Having stayed in Aberdeen a number of times, I had opted to stay here rather than the double tree near the beach due to the location, but to be honest, the £16 parking charge would have just about covered a taxi to and from the double tree at the beach into town which is a better hotel in my opinion. The room was fine, if not a little dated The view from the room was actually very good I wouldn't say avoid, but I cant recommend this hotel

After spending 7 hours in a car. 3 hours in a meeting. This was the ideal setting to re energise. The staff were very helpful and gave great service. This was a business trip but I would use it again for leisure.

I stayed for one night, found the room on first floor very comfortable, quiet and dark. Excellent food in the restaurant, which was quiet enough, but the food was a little bit cooler than I’d hoped. Very pleasant staff, particularly in the restaurant. The only thing that dampened the ease of my stay was complications with parking. Google maps doesn’t direct you to the parking lot so that took a bit of searching. You also need to check in to receive an entrance code for the gate, which defeats the purpose of parking a little bit; there was nowhere to park to check in! Reception staff did open the gate on their end but we had to take the long way around to check in as we had no keycard to enter from car park.

Stayed here one night to visit the Panto at His Majesty's Theater. This was ideally suited being only 5 mins away. The room was £55 no breakfast and £16 overnight parking. The reception staff were friendly even going that extra bit of finding a shower cap for my wife as the rooms no longer have them. The room was clean and tidy and a good size, there was plenty of wardrobe space and a safe and fridge. The bathroom was nice with a large walk-in shower which was great. We did not bother with breakfast preferring a long lie. We checked in at 12:30 even thought it said we might not get in till 3 which was a real bonus. If were back in Aberdeen it will be the first place we look for a room.

Arrived on Hogmanay for a two night stay and although early we were told not only was our room ready we were being upgraded !!!! Room was lovely with roomy bathroom with separate rainfall shower . Had breakfast both days and it was the usual buffet style but you could order fresh cooked eggs Great stay in a great hotel we will return !!!

Rooms are fine. A bit pokey, but it is city centre Aberdeen. Discrete entrance staff and decent food. More like a business hotel than anything special quite frankly. The proximity to the city centre is great if that is what you you want , but if you have to be at the conference centre, not a good choice.

This is a hotel which is around 10 mins walk max from Aberdeen city centre. Check in was efficient with a very nice member of staff noting that, although I was early, she would find me a room and upgrade me as a Diamond member. Very impressive. The room itself had a large bed and very clean bathroom. The bar / restaurant was very quiet (but this was just a few days after Christmas). The only annoyance I had was that I asked for a burger with no tomato. Sure enough it came out with tomato. The chef had obviously completely disregarded my request. I would have hoped that they would cater for guest requests. The waitress apologised which was nice of her but it did leave me with the feeling that the meal was just churned out with no regard to what the customer actually wanted. Check out was very quick too. Would return here again.

What a pleasant hotel! Located centrally, a 10-minute walk from the railway station, and close to John Lewis shopping center, this hotel has all a traveler needs: Comfortable beds, tea kettle, mini fridge, TV, toiletries, in-room dining, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast... We had a two room suite which was spacious and well equipped.

Central located ( near John Lewis) exceptionally nice rooms with modern bathrooms. The breakfasts and evening meals are very good indeed and at a very competitive price, no need to look around the town for a restaurant at night as this is one of the best. I regularly stay here as a privately paying guest, never been let down and the Staff are just lovely. I recommend the HIlton Garden Inn because you don’t get any better in Aberdeen City.

Great service for the hotel category. There is need to have guest luggage stirsge. That will go along way in helping guest. Also I couldn't get slippers for the toilet. The floor was quiet cold. Great job with service though but as with everything there is still room for improvement. I hope to visit often.
