I had a really enjoyable two night stay here last week, this really is a well run hotel. Excellent staff, great breakfast - love the waffle maker! The rooms are a bit dated but nicely laid out and spacious. Air conditioning was excellent and was very much appreciated during my stay when there was some very high temperatures.

We are long time Hilton Honors members. This hotel strikes me as Hilton in name only. We had some issues when we checked in (keys did not work, TV would not come on), but the staff did correct this in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly. I thought the rooms were dated looking for a Hilton.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our drive around Scotland. A short walk to dinner options and breakfast adequate. Short staffed on reception resulted in waiting on a couple of occasions. Room clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Perfect hotel for business.

Excellent city centre location, comfortable room and bed, clean, great value for money, and friendly efficient staff. Would recommend for business and family visits and would stay again. Didn't try bar or restaurant but looked good and seemed busy.

Afternoon T for 2 with fizz. Well presented food and fizz (Prosecco) served by friendly and helpful ladies. Restaurant very roomy and modern. Background music not too loud and varied types. Very central in Aberdeen for shopping, etc before or after.

We spent 3 days in this amazing hotel. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city, everything is just a few minutes away by walk. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was very delicious, the steak I had for dinner was one of the best in my life. The room was clean and very nice. I can only recommend this really nice hotel to everyone. I would never stay anywhere else, but in this hotel if I return to Aberdeen.

Good friendly staff happy to help with everything. In the past have gone above and beyond to help out, which is why I came back. Hotel is in a great location 5 minutes from the centre of town. Will be back next time I am in Aberdeen.

Welcomed by a smile and a lovely room. Very pleasant stay although being in the middle of town as you would expect the view was not glorious and the windows could do with a clean. The staff were continually helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were excellent.

We traveled to Aberdeen from Glasgow as a couple, we absolutely loved our stay here at the beginning of April, so much so we are staying here again for the weekend in 2 days. we were checked in early and the rooms were very well presented with a huge comfortable bed. We look forward to our stay again this weekend.

Stayed here as we were attending a concert at The Lemon Tree which was a short walk away, the hotel is only a short walk from the train station and the city centre. It seemed to be a quiet area, staff were very friendly. We stayed in a king room and the bed was massive & exceptionally comfortable the room itself was of a good quality and we slept very well. We ate in the restaurant, the food is excellent could not fault it, it's of normal price for Aberdeen so not cheap but we had fillet steak which was cooked perfectly and the staff were well trained and polite. I would definitely stay here again.
