I am a long time Hilton honors customers, but no more I am dropping this brand. I stayed a week at this Hilton Garden Inn for work. I left my business jacket in the closet, after I checked out. As soon as I got home 8hrs later I unpacked my bag to realize I left my jacket in the closet. I called the front desk immediately to please grab my jacket, however after multiple calls and no callback but many promises by front desk they were checking. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone on Monday that would go and check, which they are now telling me that they can not find my jacket and they are not responsible for items in lost and in found. So basically leave something in your room it will not be there when you come back for it and the hotel is not responsible for them.

Stayed here on business. A good welcoming as always as a silver member with a couple of special perks such as free water. The hotel has a good bar and great restaurant (dinner was really good if you like steaks, breakfast is decent also). The room is comfortable and has everything you need. Has a decent sized gym in the basement also. Overall a well equipped, comfortable stay in Aberdeen, will be happy to use again!

The hotel staff helped accommodate an abnormal amount of luggage and moving about with my infant. Everyone was beyond friendly and the room was clean and well serviced. We had no issues and were very pleased with our stay.

I actually really loved this hotel. It was very central and close to alot of shops and food places. The design was modern, the rooms were huge and very clean and had all the usual commodities within. The breakfast wasn't included in the room rate however it was really nice so can't complain. It was also slightly pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and booked us a taxi when requested to go where we needed so that was helpful. All in all a nice and luxurious night away.

This hotel is part of the famous Hilton chain and as such I expected exceptional customer service and for the room to be spotlessly clean! I was disappointed in both! My check in was ok I suppose, nothing much to praise or criticise but my checkout was disappointing! I had booked for 2 nights but actually only stayed the 1, so on checkout (fully 1 day early even thought 2 were paid for) I had expected a question or 2, not nosey questions or personal questions, but something in the nature of... Was your room ok? How was your stay? As maybe I was leaving because of room or Hotel, I checked out early to get an early start driving, nothing special! Her conversation were a few words that consisted of ‘early checkout?’ and that was about it! Maybe a thanks but really not interested in her customer at all! The room wasn’t filthy, generally it was quite clean but I shouldn’t see thick dust on the extractor in the bathroom, not should I see remnants of other guests food down a chair, not very good at all and not what I expect from a hotel chain that is held is such high regard!

Having a few issues regarding room refreshing, plus bedside lighting dangerous (which we have unplugged). There was no manager to address issues. We left room at 9:40am but room was not serviced at 13:24. The most upsetting was we were the ones that were wrong and questioned. Trying to get a manager ,,,,well . We have stayed here for several years and submitted to TripAdvisor our honest reviews. We will not be bought by a bottle of red wine. The housemaid did not refresh room whilst we were out for 4 hrs. But asked if we required service whilst back to rest........!!!!

Arrived Aberdeen around 730 at night after a long drive only to find that that I had been misled by the hotel website, there are a handful of car parking spaces and none available. Was also told it was not possible to book them in advance. The last thing you need after a long journey is figuring out what to do with your car in a city you aren't familiar with Hotel rooms comfortable, good showers and towels. And great city centre location to stay if you don't have a car

I stay near Aberdeen so rarely require a hotel, but sometimes it works out more convenient to stay in a hotel with breakfast included than struggle to get home in an overpriced Aberdeen taxi. This was my reason for returning here, and again the staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and just exactly what I like in hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast (I'm Hilton Diamond) was very good again, nice fresh food in a nice restaurant. I do like the bar in this hotel - it's a very welcoming space with a nice selection of drinks. The rooms are a bit dark due to the dark wood used - almost like an American hotel - but large and comfortable with both bath and separate shower. I do wish they had shaver points though.

Great hotel with friendly staff offering great service, it’s very central but is off the main high street in Aberdeen so is quieter than other hotels. Excellent breakfast but no croissant which let it down a bit. Bed was too firm for my liking.

Another excellent stay at this hotel. I have stayed here a number of times over the years and is my first choice when staying in Aberdeen. Always warmly welcomed, clean, modern room and facilities, very helpful staff and a lovely breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold options. Will definitely be looking to stay here again. Special mention to Hugo who always provides me with a personalised welcome. This time a drinks voucher as a returning guest - nice wee touch.
