"The stay was pleasant. The hotel reception staff were accommodating, and stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out and had some time to kill before our flight. Overall a positive experience. There might be some improvement in the room cleanup service, as after our room was cleaned, they forgot to put toilet paper and towels in the room. It was a minor inconvenience as we got the stuff delivered to us after calling the reception."
