Room cards are getting erased from some of the security systems in gatlinburg! Staff members reloaded it after each trip back to the room! They told us about the problem when we checked in. Very good staff members and very helpful!!

This lodge has two separate sides to it. We were in the rooms across the street so I can only speak for them. They are a 2 level motel feel. With very clean rooms. Flipped the mattresses for bugs and saw none. Has a fridge in room. Microwave in laundry room below. Our a/c was the "little engine that could" and by bedtime was freezing us. And had to turn up a little bit. Love that!!! There is a small outdoor pool also. But across the street 2 minute walk to main lodge area is the indoor pool (stairway under construction as of June 2025) Fire hazard??take the elevator down to pool and outdoor pool. There is an indoor cafe also but I did not eat there. I did see a beer bucket special which wasn't bad! My kids loved the pools and I was happy about them being heated! No continental breakfast since the cafe is by the pool. Hotel is literally smack dab right next to the motor trail which was also very convenient plus trolley comes to the front door at check in every 30 minutes to trek you around town.

Properly was conveniently located. Front desk employees were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable. I did not like that the floor of the shower was mildewy and not cleaned properly. I’m glad that I remembered to bring flip flops to shower in. I appreciated that a hot breakfast was prepared. Unfortunately , there was a strand of hair in my scrambled eggs.

Overall a nice stay. Spacious two bedroom suite. There was some construction around the premises that I wasn’t aware of but it was ok. We enjoyed our stay and so did the kids!

Decent property. Just close enough to walk to stuff without being in the middle of all night parties. Decent rooms, just a bit dated. Clean. They overbooked and had to split our 2 rooms between floors, but did accommodate our stay. Pretty good views. Valet wait was long
