The front desk staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our shifting travel plans. The Sunday breakfast was delicious, and the dining rooms were lovely. The studio room suited our needs perfectly with the kitchenette being super handy.

I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!! First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! Property is very dated. We picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub which upon arrival staff said were out of order. We should have received a discount.. seemed like they were in order but laundry room was filled with piles of towels. Walls were paper thin.

The hotel was ok and convenient. The lady at check-in was polite. I checked in at 8:30 pm and walked across to a lovely restaurant (that was basically in the parking lot of the hotel). Woodys Bar and Grille on property had great food and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean.

The staff is excellent. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I come here every year in April and I will always stay at The Best Western!

No staff. Everything is virtual. It took forever to get checked in. A poor experience. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room was very small but appeared clean. The location was nice and a good value for the price. I wished there was a microwave and a DVD player, but that was okay. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was mid. There was garbage on counter in bathroom. The television selection of channels was slim. And just to watch Netflix I had to hotspot the tv. The couch was disgustingly stained and smelt like pee.

Parking lot was full of holes. The hotel was dirty in the hallways and kinda smelled. The beds were ok however the light in the bathroom is hooked up to a very noisy fan. Loved the location! Everything was super close! The staff were extremely nice and friendly and very helpful! Definitely would stay here again!

No ac use No pet The facility looked lije it had come on hard times. Cases of TP stored in the lobby, paint peeling off the door to my unit, Window stuck closed, iron burn on the carpet.
