Only problem i had was the bathroom tiles needed to be upgraded. Restaurant and bar was really good. Staff were very nice. I would stay there again but would like to see updated room.

This is a clean hotel with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and friendly staff members, which in my opinion makes this a good hotel. However, this hotel is definitely showing some signs of its age. Some of the decor is a little dated. In other words, it’s not the Ritz Carleton, but if you’re looking for a good hotel at an affordable price, it’s is definitely a good option.

It was dirty in the room. The bathroom was dirty - I wore flip flops in the shower. It didn't look like the bathroom was mopped and stuff was under the sink. Windows were filthy. When I went to check out, all staff was outside on a smoke break so I waited, then gave up and left my keys on the check out counter. The check in person Saturday was very nice, but the only good thing about the hotel.

Service: Staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay - excellent customer service approach. Room Experience: The property shows creative ambition with an exquisite window treatment featuring an artistic waterfall scene under a bridge in fall colors - truly a work of art I’d never seen before. However, the artistic blinds couldn’t be opened properly, and when attempted, came off track creating light leakage. Consider ensuring these beautiful features maintain full functionality alongside their artistic value. Amenities: Breakfast was respectable. The fitness area genuinely impressed - not your standard hotel gym but a mini yoga/dance studio with stage step-up that elevates the workout experience significantly. Overall: The hotel’s pricing reflects its current positioning, though the overall feel seems dated compared to newer properties in the area. While Lux Hotel has the right foundational ideas, execution details don’t quite achieve the luxury vibe the name suggests. With focused attention on room functionality and property updates, this could easily become a standout destination.

Front desk staff very nice and helpful. We had a situation in our room, where our cat hid under the bed which was a platform. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful getting her out from inside the bed!!
