We stayed at the hotel because we were to see a show at the resort. We were never notified that the show was canceled. As a result we spent a considerable amount on the room and dinner - but no show. We would have rescheduled.

Hotel and room was beautiful. Only downside was lack of dining choices that were open. Breakfast was only available at one place and the line was extremely long. Could not wait so had to leave without eating and spent $$ elsewhere
The hotel room was excellent, modern and clean. The casino is nice, smaller and food and drink are reasonably priced. The concert venue is state of the art and as a musician, I look forward to more concert experiences there!

This was my first time staying at the hotel and I cannot say enough about how friendly and efficient the staff was! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone went out of their way to assist us. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I have been to the casino before and I have left a critical review of the bartenders and honestly have gone to the other main casino because of that. But something has definitely changed because they were attentive, friendly and professional! We went to a concert in the Vine, not a bad seat in the house...sound was great, seats were comfortable, ushers were helpful and the venue was easy to enter and exit. We will definitely be back thanks to a very pleasant experience provided by all of your staff.
Perfect for Finger Lake access
New facility really nice rooms. Unfortunately I was originally given a room that smelled like an hash tray. But the staff was able to switch me to a different room.
