I had a wonderful stay at the holiday inn. Staff was respectful and helpful at every turn. The wifi was capable, and the tv setup was ideal. The pool area was busy, but I loved it. Will return, had a great experience

We were there in Room 511 from Tuesday through Friday morning, and only requested room service once. Cleaner vacuumed one room, but not the other, and did not take all the garbage out. OTHER than that, everyone was courteous, breakfasts were great, hotel was clean. We are both fairly handicapped, and would strongly suggest that all rooms have a grab bar for the very low toilet and one bar INSIDE the shower on a wall.

Clean room, a little dated and worn. There is renovations being done in a lot of areas. The pool in the middle of the atrium makes for a very noisy echo environment full of screaming kids.

I love this hotel. I stay here about 8 times a month for work travel and the staff is fantastic, Nichole and Sheldon at the front desk are wonderful. The room is clean and best are so comfy.

No breakfast was given hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dark and had to use flashlight. Wasted 30$ in gourmet ice cream. Cause the freezer in room didn’t freeze. Bathroom door wound not shut and crack in bottom of door. The halls smelled like mold and very musty. Half of the elevators were out of order. So was a struggle finding Ada . Was a group Of teens drinking smoking on side door yelling and throwing shovel, when I notified staff I was told i should call police . Wouldn’t recommend this place. Review posted and bbb notified

Clean spacious room. Courteous staff, especially front desk and the Breakfast Room ladies. Two weeks ago when we stayed we expressed our concern about the low toilets as my wife has had a knee replacement and is waiting to get her other Knee done. Anyways the lady on the desk changed our reservation on the 12th to an accessible room which was great. The room was on the first floor which was a plus as my wife has a fear of heights and on our last stay we were on the top floor with the glass wall facing the court yard and pool which didn't go over well.

Comfortable beds and every staff member we interacted with was great! The room was clean and everything worked. Unfortunately they used really cheap doors that don't quite fit the frames. Any noise in the hallway comes right into the room. We had a room that connected to another, and there was about an inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. We heard every word, cough, laugh, baby cry, etc, from that room as clearly as if they were sitting at the end of our bed. Thankfully nobody was staying up all night but it made the room feel a lot less private. (By contrast, there was zero noise from the room on the other side!) Convenient location and good price but staying here is a bit of gamble, depending on how well behaved your neighbors are.
