Convenient - clean room - friendly helpful staff - would stay again
It’s a good place to stop and sleep.
I had a hard time reaching the front desk to call for a wake up call. When I finally did connect with somebody they failed to provide that wake up call the next morning.
I like this property because it was very convenient and close to the area we were attending
First of all they gave us a handicap room,which we weren't handicap,our room key did not work as many times they try to fix it.
The manager was not pleasant and would not allow several guests to check in early. One guest had to wait 30 minutes. I arrived at 2:45 and was told that I had to wait until 3p to check in. Rooms were ready and available, so the wait was completely unnecessary! As a result, there was a line of 9 guests waiting to check in!
Basic amenities served our purposes.
It was clean and quiet, which we appreciate. It is also pet-friendly, which we don't appreciate, because we are not. But the protocol for pets seems to work, as the room smelled clean and fresh and we didn't hear any barking. (We did see one leashed dog.)
Friendly staff, cleanliness, gym reservations (for single person use), and a modest breakfast smorgasbord that you could select from and take back to your room all helped mitigate the frustrations of traveling during covid.
The jacuzi in the room was the best ill go back over and over
Nice clean room, walls are a bit thin but otherwise not bad. Would recommend/stay again.

I am so sorry to hear that you had a hard time setting up a wake-up call. I am also very sorry to hear that it failed to go through. I will review wake-up call procedures with all of my desk staff.
