Not happy with Budget car rental. Lady was rude wanted my phone to look at my confirmation number which I could have told her which I still had to after I said as she grabbed my phone that I didn't like just handing my phone to a stranger, she dropped my phone and scratched the screen protector leaving a gouge. Then was rude when I said I had purchased extra I insurance and and she said they don't have insurance if I'm responsible and will be billed directly if something happens. I said I had a package flight, hotel and car rental and I've done this same thing before without a problem with Enterprise. They were polite and easy to deal with. Will never deal QIRH5 budget again. Getting off flight with 2 others late in the night they should be able to greet people with a smile and be helpful and polite. None of which happened at any point.
