KLM has been an excellent experience for me the past two years

Any option for dairy free food would have been great. Most options had dairy and I have a mild allergy to it (just break out in a rash on my face but it is not life threatening or bad, just annoying)

Great flight. My only issue was that it was a bit too warm on this flight. I understand that people like to be cozy and warm but there’s always a blanket for those who are cold. What about the people who are literally sweating in their seats?

Food service was lacking, they run out of chicken option and had to take pasta instead. My son went without dinner since he doesn’t like pasta
