Staff was indifferent about the 6 inches of snow and slop at the valet parking / drop off location and did nothing to resolve it overnight after the snow had stopped. Poor customer service and customer experience despite $52 per night valet parking charge.

Check in was great. We have stayed here before but this time tried the executive king room on 13th-top floor. The hallways upstairs smelled fresh, the room looked great when we checked in. Beautiful room and nice view. There is an executive lounge that was nice-pretty busy in the morning next time we will go earlier for that. Good stay
