Getting off flight took over an hour.
The seats we were in the headset jacks did not work and one of the screens did not work.
Our spirit flight was the most hilarious flight ever. They truly should they were enjoying their job even though our flight was 1-2 hours delayed.
Everything was excellent
Not being able to check in online without first paying for a seat was an inconvenience. Plus, it said the checked/carry on bag would be cheaper if bought online before-hand but if you also have to buy a seat in order to get to the point where you can pay for luggage, the cost at least evens out. Not impressed. Service at the airport and in flight was great.
Great flight, non stop to my destination and reasonably priced. Also good times to fly.
I was highly pleased with all four flights this trip as far as all the people and procedures--we not only arrived early on the last flight, we left early on the first flight due to weather and everyone's cooperation! (Passengers coop. included) The only complaint is that if the bathrooms didn't smell like urine, it would be better, if possible.
flights are fun, airports a pain, TSA prechecks irrational, wife usually gets it, I sometimes do. Most domestic travel, we drive with our RV, because of airport tedium, hassles, checked baggage issues! Used to enjoy flying, when fewer issues with airports (all)!
Would like to thank Ryan M. In New Orleans. There was a mix up on our seats. We asked him if he could help us switch seats so our 2 young grandkids could sit next to us . Not only did he put us 4 together and upgraded us to comfort class he upgraded our 4 adult children too! All with a smile and professional attitude! Thanks Ryan M.
