My first time flying with American Airlines and it won't be my last

Apr 4, 2018

Friendly staff especially the gentleman that helped me wheel chair boarding and departing plane

Apr 2, 2018

The staff were great, but the seats were awful for someone my height (5'4"). The headrest was at exactly the wrong height/angle for my neck and caused me nothing but neck strain the whole flight. Finally I had to lean forward on my tray table as the only way to get sort of comfortable.
