Flights Review

Jan 18, 2020

I must say it was a very delayed flight, we had 5 hours delayed because of an engine problem in the plane, we had to stay 5 hours inside the plane before we can take off plus the 8,5 hours the flight take from Amsterdam to Newark. I must admit all the crew was worried and they were VERY helpful and kind with all the people there. We all lost all connections, in my case next direct plane to Costa Rica was 24 hours after, so United Airlines payed a very comfy room in an hotel and food for me. I can say the company made all they can to try to compensate for all the delays

Dec 3, 2019

Very comfortable and aisle seat for access, thank. you, and.the meals/ refreshments provided was very scruptious.

May 24, 2019

Apparently seat assignments not allowed until you get to airport without paying. United assigned middle seats NOT together. Able to resolve after trying 3 times with different agents

Apr 28, 2018

Thank you for a safe and direct flight.

Mar 6, 2018

Had 10 minutes between connections in Newark. My checked bag made it. unbelievable.

Jan 25, 2018

I think that a one checked bag(50lbs) or less should NOT be an extra charge.
