Love Delta!

My luggages is missing in the Rochester Minnesota Airport with my grandkids medication and asthma therapy machine. Can you flight them to Rochester New York airport. We are heading to ER right now nut any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Dec 31, 2019

Since flights were delayed and cancelled, Rochester put us on a bus so we may make our connecting flights. I would have been stranded because of the weather had they not done that. I am very grateful. They went above and beyond.

Apr 18, 2018

Don't ignore the main cabin passengers. I realize first class pays more, but the majority of the plane is middle class.

Good landing

Feb 15, 2018

All good except did not get luggage at landing in Rochester. Suitcase left in Minneapolis. They delivered to our house later that night/morning.
