Cid -ATL flight good, connecting flight to Alexandra, delayed, Happening lots on recent Delta flights,
Everything was great except the equipment itself. Everyone knows airlines have removed seats. At 6’3”, 195lbs, I am not overweight but the seats/legroom is horrible. 20 years ago I was 75lbs overweight but the seats were more comfortable and I could stretch out my legs. The airlines have made flying a miserable experience unless you want to pay extra in order to be comfortable.
As I deplaned for my 4-hour layover, the Orbitz app told me my next flight was in an hour. I went to that gate and was told that flight no longer exists and that the 4-hour layover was correct. My frustration was why did Orbitz tell me I had an earlier flight?
For a short flight every aspect of flying was prtfect
The thing that I didn’t like was when we landed and were getting off plane. People pushed in front of different people. It was not a connecting flight.
There was a problem with horrific noise near the emergency exit door
Ear plug jack didn’t work. Broken
On the flight from DC to Chicago, the flight attendants could have been more helpful finding space for luggage in the overhead bins. One of the passengers assisted the late boarders by rearranging luggage and finding space, while one of the flight attendants was on his phone, and another just watched.
Could have usb/power outlets.
It was a direct flight which is always nice.
The process of seats not being assigned was rather confusing.
Very nice and patient with me
