Great experience

Aug 5, 2019

Good wheelchair access

Jul 31, 2019

Could use s bit less stand up humor- but I’m a nervous flyer so probably I’m an outlier!

Nov 14, 2018

Terrible Seats, very uncomfortable.

Jul 1, 2018

Flight was delayed

Apr 4, 2018

Other than delay everything was great

Mar 31, 2018

The plane was rickety and unsafe. The senior flight attendant needs to learn to be more friendly. The service and professionalism that she provided was appalling. To think she was training a new hire on that flight is frightening, hopefully this is not the type of service that Delta is looking to provided. Even the gate agent was rude. May try and remind your employees that nobody cares if they are having a bad day. The junior flight attendant was very nice and inviting. Went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable. Please thank her for doing such a wonderful job and making up for the other 2 dismal displays by her colleagues.

Mar 29, 2018

Wheelchair assistance in Mpls not friendly nor helpful.

Feb 19, 2018

Only complaint is that we couldn’t pick our seats
