OMG!!! BEST FLIGHT EVER! No kidding. I’m retired and have traveled lots & have also served in the military. I was checked in with Lori (I hope I have her name right). She was a fireball and full of positive energy. She took my 45 pound bag and picked it up like it was a small backpack. Said I had been assigned a seat way in the back and there was a single seat in row 1 that she moved me up to. Loved that girl. Then the flight attendants were AWESOME! One guy in particular was such a comedian that I was laughing often during the flight. It was the best experience I’ve had flying in my entire life. I even applied for your travel miles, etc. I have told countless people how great it was. I fly back on Monday, September 23rd and can hardly wait. Thank you!!!

Was extremely rushed to get to both my planes, but everything went well. I just wish that they could put people who purchased tickets together actually together.

seats are too small. Feel the airline discriminates against taller and wider people (smaller asian travelers and smaller females get more value for the high priced tickets). Taller people pay same high priced tickets - yet knees touch the seat in front; taller and wider people have to cross their arms to make their body smaller in the seat (trying to infringe (spillover) into the seat next to them). The longer the trip, the discomfort is magnified. By the end of the trip - the smaller person got more value from the high priced tickets. The taller\wider person gets from point A to point B (not comfortable) - most time, they do not even have enough room to accept a drink or snack. Just does not seem right.
