Older planes, not really nice.

Nov 10, 2019

The cabin crew were especially helpful and extremely professional! The meals were very good. Flight on time. So happy with 1 free checked bag. Great flight. I'm glad I chose KLM!

Aug 31, 2019

The Delta flight attendants were exceptional! Traveling with kids isn't easy, and they were so wonderful! The best service I've experienced in a long time

Aug 28, 2019

Not much room in center seat, very uncomfortable for long flight.

Aug 19, 2019

I enjoyed my flights!

Jun 9, 2019

Seats are very uncomfortable for a long flight but can’t afford better seats

May 29, 2019

The line to drop baggage was very long

Nov 15, 2018

Unfortunately, upon boarding the plane, we were met by an overwhelming smell of urine from the central lavatories. The one in back which I used, was fine. But it was surprising that this stench met one at the point of origin of the plane (Boston). Usually this might the case at the end of a flight.

Luggage was delayed but delivered to our hotel

Jul 3, 2018

My husband may have left his IPhone onboard flight DL258. No one answers phone in Amsterdam. Have to fill out online form & pay $29 with Paypal. TERRIBLE.
