Rooms are clean but very dated. No hot water in the shower. Property is well kept. Staff, for the most part was very helpful. Always remember that service is on Bahama time. Always a wait.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The service was terrible from start to finish, and the food was poor quality. On top of that, they added several charges that made no sense, and I even found duplicate charges on my bill. Make sure to review your final bill very carefully before paying, as you may be charged twice for the same items. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing experience.
