Hands down most confusing layout I’ve ever seen in a resort. The staff was way less than inviting. Every time we ate we were half way done before getting our drinks. Just not fun vibe you usually get at resorts. Rooms were just ok. Restaurants were very good. Buffet didn’t have enough selections. Was just okay. I’ve gone to less expensive resorts with more fun and way better service.

The property was satisfactory; however, there were numerous solicitations for additional services, reminiscent of the promotions encountered in Las Vegas concerning strip club visits. With family members present, we found ourselves avoiding eye contact with any individuals holding pamphlets. It became quite bothersome to navigate away from those promoting non-inclusive services or attempting to sell additional offerings at the resort, which was advertised as all-inclusive but did not fully meet that standard. Consequently, we will seek alternative vacation options for our family. The environment appeared to cater more to single guests, as wearing less clothing seemed to attract more attention from the staff.

Very nice place and brilliant idea to have accommodations on Saona Island. Highly recommend. Not the Taj Mahal or a 5 star but what is? Clean and comfortable and the AC (mini split) works like a champ as does the ceiling fan and all electrical outlets. And the toilet works. Nice bed and bedding and great host. The area is rustic and bare bones but that is a charm too. Go eat where you see flamingos. Nice variety. Good folks and a throw back area to when life was slower and without screens running our lives. If you want an all inclusive easy peasy lifestyle this ain’t it. If you want to deplug from the matrix a day or two this is the place to do it. You will appreciate the things you that have more and want less the things you think you must have. Isn’t that the best place a vacation should get you to?

Just returned from an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel! The property was stunning, the food was delicious, but I must say the entertainment could have been better for this kind of resort. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway. 🌟🏨🍽
