Welcome to your home away from home! This recently remodeled condo is artsy and fun like all of the nearby walkable excitement surrounding you in downtown Winston-Salem.

This entire condo is located on the 1st floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. 1 free parking space is provided in a parking lot across from condo. Recently remodeled and fully furnished with three smart tv’s in living area and both bedrooms, electric fireplace, coffee bar, work space in secondary bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, speakers and more.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
