ALQUILER SEMANAL SOLO EN VERANO (SÁBADO A SÁBADO) A solo dos cuadras al sur de 24th Street Stage y Old Coast Guard Station, los condominios Kamla están en el corazón del paseo marítimo, en el paseo marítimo de Virginia Beach. Ya sea tomando el sol en la playa, mirando a la gente en el paseo marítimo o disfrutando de la vida nocturna a lo largo de Atlantic Avenue, Kamla es su casa de vacaciones ideal. Our stay was excellent. Booking, check-in, and check-out were easy. Access to the property was easy. The condo and surrounding areas and grounds were well maintained. It's a high pedestrian traffic area but that was expected given the location. Being on the 5th floor puts you above much of the noise. The views were amazing.

Great location!

We were in a terrific spot in the middle of the boardwalk. There were a lot of activities within walking distance. The condo was great. It had a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable and pretty dining room and living area. They even left us REAL flowers to enjoy. The 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms were perfect for our family. I’d recommend this rental to upcoming vacationers!

Loved the condo and the location

Small family of four stayed for a week. The place was exceptionally clean and had more than enough amenities. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to almost every restaurant we visited. Only complaint and it's really not a complaint, the master bedroom could have used a King Size bed and the tv cable situation was a bit confusing. 4 remotes for the living room tv alone. Overall a great place. We are considering renting here again.

Truly excellent location!! The unit was very clean well stocked. The furniture was comfortable

We had a wonderful vacation my husband Enar, our adult daughter and her teenage daughter. One of our granddaughters 13 girlfriends joined us for the last two days. But the core of the unit was wonderful the furnace room was comfortable and there was plenty of great seating and good lighting we were really pleased with how quiet it was within the unit even though what was going on outside it didn’t interfere with our vacation. So nice to be in the mix. Highly recommend I’d give it 5+ stars! Same goes for her to Margie Chapman our rental agent and the manager on site.

Great condo wrong location

The view is amazing. The property was well stocked. There was an abundance of space a seating. Beach access was close. There were great restaurants and to go drinks nearby. The location is not prime for families with children.The Homeless population at the beach access entrance and exit is concerning. Some were quiet and some were more bold. The hosts were friendly and provided excellent suggestions including a list of activities in the area during the week.

Pleasant surprise!

We were pleasantly surprised at the included amenities in the unit! At other places we had to bring everything from our own toilet paper to salt and pepper. Not this place! Very clean and the amazing view and balcony chairs were the best part of our stay. Well worth it!

Great Property

I wasn't expecting much when I learned that you have to supply or rent your own linens and towels but I have to say that everything else was much better than most. The kitchen had more pots, pans, plates,cups, utensils than most any other place. Plenty of dish soap, detergent, coffee filters, tp, paper towels. Margie went out of her way to make sure I had a hair dryer! I would definitely recommend this host/unit. PS: Don't bring your truck! Parking truly is tight! Rita Bodey

Fun for Everyone

The Kamla 502 condo was exceptional. There was plenty of room. A well prepared kitchen if you wanted to cook and a fabulous view. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We visited the Aquarium and the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. Both are worth a visit. And of course the beach.

Lovely and Cozy

Wonderful condo. Very clean, beautiful view and close to everything. We walked just about everywhere. Balcony was wonderful and we had everything we needed, except maybe higher water pressure in the master bathroom shower and the parking was super tight. Berkshire and Hathaway was very responsive and easy to work with. We all had a wonderful time.
