I've stayed at this property before staff is always nice . I love the fact that if you're not a guest you can't access the floors where the rooms are located without a keycard.

My room didn't have a beach view but its a kid friendly clean pleasant environment. You can walk on th the beach from the hotel pool very convenient. The only issue for me was the mattresses were out dated you can tell their old.

Parking garage elevators were out (both of them) for our entire stay. No notice of it when booking or checking in. The week we were there we never saw anyone working on the elevators. Shuttles to our car were never offered. Most of the time we had to park on the 4th level or higher and walk the step every time. No coffee service in the mornings the entire time were there, and pool was closed the entire time. Why did we pay a resort fee????

I wanted to like this hotel. We normally stay at the Oceannaire. The beach club side is not what i thought it would be. It's dated. The hallways need redone. I won't stay here again.

The property needs an update, tattered carpet, doors hard to open, old caulk etc. The most inconvenient was the elevator for garage being out all week. I never saw anyone attempting to repair, and based on tone from locals, thats the norm. Also, 1 counter person only was inconvenient. Poor person always had a line but not fun for the guest to wait so long. Corporate Hilton could do so much better. The staff were nice, helpful and pleasant considering the corporate constraints. So don't blame them!
