Pretty average hotel for the price but that was expected based on the pictures.. property definitely seems a bit run down but in a great location.. I had a door to the adjoining room that literally made it sound like my neighbors were in the room with me. Luckily they went to bed at a decent hour and I slept good on the comfy bed. Paid extra for the suite but kind of pointless since there was no silverware, plates, cooking essentials.. I would stay again if solo based on price but the wouldn’t bring my wife and kids here

Great place, great prices, and amazing location. We stayed a couple days here and it was perfectly fine! Staff was very friendly especially the older gentleman who works there! Check in and out was super easy. Pool looked clean and water was perfect temp. On the bonus side we had a room facing the water and was able to get a partial view of the ocean between two other hotels. We will definitely book with them again in the future!

We had a room with a kitchen- everything was clean and seemed updated- I liked the bigger fridge- we only used the fridge, shower, and bed because the stay was short- but it was a whole lot better than the last two times we have stayed. Beds were comfortable.

you get what you pay for, for $80 it was great! room was clean, the front desk employee was kind, and most importantly there were no bugs of any kind! the shower did take a while to drain, there was only one towel, and the bed didn’t have a comforter but hey … remember $80! overall in a pinch i’d book again!

I would have rated this place slightly above average because of its location --just one block from the beach boardwalk, being centrally located to entertainment places, and the room was spacious enough providing good value for money. However, I rate the motel below average, mostly because of unhygienic conditions. The room smelt smoke /cigarette and stuffy. We had paid for a 3 nights stay but decided to leave a day/night early. The corridor / balcony could also benefit from some painting and touch up to cover up the peeling and make it attractive for someone to stand out to catch some fresh air. Also, a coffee maker was missing from the room though there were coffee, tea and sugar bags as well as cups. Overall, I would not recommend this location to a non-smoker.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sundial Inn! The hotel was conveniently located near the oceanfront, which made everything easy to access. I also appreciated the free parking because that’s always a plus at the beach. My room was very large, comfortable, and had a really nice view overlooking the street. Honestly, I loved the room so much that if I stay there again, I would definitely want the exact same one! The only thing I didn’t like was the additional $10 resort fee. I booked through my Expedia membership, and although it was ultimately my fault for not reading carefully, I still wasn’t expecting the extra charge. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider booking here again!
