About this space
Your family will love this beautiful 2 bed & bath luxury condo, conveniently located only 2 blocks from the beach and a short distance to all the local dining and shopping imaginable!

The pool is open from Memorial weekend through the end of September. Secured building. Outdoor shower and shared grill. Bicycle storage available inside.
The space
Condo is located on the 1st floor. There is one assigned parking spot. Quiet time is from 10p-8a.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo during your stay and may self checkin with a private door code. One parking permit is provided per reservation.

Free Wifi. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September. The pool is 3ft-5ft deep and is open from 9am to 9pm. There are pool rules posted in the elevator and near the outside pool door.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

There will be a $35 fee for each parking permit not returned.

The Seacrest is a very clean little condo. It was easy to access with the door codes. Each bathroom had great amenities and plenty of towels. I would suggest directions on how to work the small appliances in the kitchen for those who have no knowledge of them. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Fantastic location...2 blocks from the beach, right near all the action. Great size condo, nice to have access to beach chairs/toys too. This was mentioned in another review, but worth mentioning - you will not get check in info intil a minute or two before check in.... as i anxiously slow shopped in the grocery so i wasnt stuck w cokd food and no way to get in.

A Great Place to Stay While at the Beach

The perks of the Seacrest include being all of 2-3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach and all the fun places to find food to eat. The location is awesome! The Seacrest provides plenty of space for a 3 person group, such as our family. There were kid friendly accommodations such as games, a kitchen area, a bunk bed, and even a separate bathroom. AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. The place was clean. There was even a nice little pool that was well kept and enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive and communicative via the VRBO message system which I really appreciated. One tip for future guests: the key info and parking space arrived in our inbox at check in time. So it might be worth arriving a little after the check in time instead of early like we did. There was a dining area, a living room area, 2 TVs, decent wifi, a balcony area and even a Harris Teeter right across the street. Washer and dryer and drip coffee machine as well as a Keurig! A very accommodating place to stay.
