Enjoy a fabulous single-family home central to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth, VA. With four bedrooms, it easily sleeps eight people and accommodates a few extra people for larger groups on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is only a 30-minute drive to the beach and is close to Universities and areas hosting sport competitions.

The breakfast nook and back deck offer a picturesque view of the lake. The house has plenty of space for relaxing, and there is an office area for those who need to stay productive.
Upon arrival, guests will find amenities such as soap, coffee, and laundry pods to start their stay immediately. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

This location is excellent for military TAD/TDY assignments. This location is 17 miles to NOB and 12 miles to Oceana Naval Air Station.

Families, sports teams, military personnel, and business travelers have used this home and found it a perfect place for those longer stays.

Nice property that accommodated a family of 7!

The host was very responsive and accommodated an unplanned extra day on the stay. The property is in need of some updating, but it was clean and was suitable for our needs. Having the pond in the backyard with being able to view wildlife from the breakfast table was nice.
