Staff was nice. Ice machines out of order. Hot water doesn't stay hot for long while taking a shower. Floors are dirty. Just where a pair of white socks. Youll be amazed. Wasnt a bad stay just those three things. Hopefully they will address some of them. Then i give it 5 stars.
It's an older hotel, needs some renovation. However, it is clean and room is spacious with a small kitchen and a separate living room and dining area. We did the VA beach 10-miler and loved the hotel's location. We just walked to the start line. It is also just a block away from the VA beach.
The property was just as described, real close to the beach, nice rooms, great view. But the night club next door with thumping bass untill 2 am didnt go over well. The amazing part was when i mentioned this to the general manager he said thats the first hes ever heard that complaint. It wasnt a total bust, i will always look to see if theres a night club near my hotels from now on. Lesson learned.

I liked that I did not have staff coming into my room. Even though we arrived a little early, we were not allowed in the room.
The resort is in a perfect location only a couple blocks from the beach 7 minute walk. The room was clean the staff was great and the rooms were quite spacious. The price was awesome too.
Staff was awesome. Great location. Doors are always locked so had a good feeling of being aafe. Even with Covid restrictions in place my grandkids had plenty of private pool time.
Great location. Close to food and fun. Beach just a short walk. Took my grandkids for a quick beach trip and felt.very safe. Fee acility doors kept locked at all times. Staff was great both day and night. Didnt get any of their names but all of them were great. Even with Covid protocol in place we had a geeat time.
The room space was amazing but the pool is centrally located in the lobby. Staff didn’t like the noise of kids in the pool.

Management and the staff was respectful and kind to us even under the conditions in which we have them in with our 2 dogs. For which we are extremely extremely SORRY , that will never happen again !

Hotel is beautiful and clean,staff is excellent.the only thing i’m not happy about it is that the hotel charged my credit card $100 deposit until i check out as a today 5 days after i checked out from the hotel they haven’t refund the $100 deposit to my credit card.
Short walk to many great restaurants & the beach! The bed is very comfortable with many great pillows! There is only an indoor pool, but you are allowed access to their sister hotel that has an outdoor pool. I would surely go back!
