TVs weren’t working, would sporadically turn on and off. We had issues with the toilet the first day so we had to get a plunger from the front office. Received a letter stating that no one was going to pick up the room, but we would get towels, we never got the towels for the next day. We went to go swimming the following day and the pool is out of commission due to maintenance had to wait till later on in the afternoon to use the pool the whirl pool wasn’t working as well.

The room was in good condition and clean. However, my husband and I were in room 212, the room directly over top of the housekeeping department. They, the housekeeping, begins washing linens (I'm guessing) very early in the morning. My husband I were planning to go out to breakfast the next morning and planned bedtime for midnight. Unfortunately between midnight and 3:30 there was intermittent noise from another guest directly above that was stomping or banging on the floor. It was quite perplexing. By the time I was able to fall asleep for a few minutes at nearly 4AM, housekeeping was going at it and I heard the washers on the spin cycle and a loud beeping. I went into the hall to be sure it wasn't a fire alarm or anything. No, it was the laundry room making all that noise! Needless to say hubby and I had such a sleepless night, I went to grab a couple items from the breakfast bar when it opened. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to breakfast and instead had to rush pack our things after getting some sleep between 7 and 11 in the morning. Very bad experience. I gave 2 stars for the cleanliness.

The staff was friendly. But the issues were there were kids running through the hallway being super loud for quite a while and then tv that didn't work. Once notified it took a while for a very helpful technician to show up and fix it. He had to move the furniture to do that. We were able to watch tv but then were not able to turn the screen off and had to put clothing on so it would be dark. Another issue was cleaning staff wanting to clean the room before we checked out by 11 am. We do want to commend the breakfast staff which went out of the way to accommodate the guests
