the breakfast was whipped out by 08 am. There was never any orange juice . The staff was not negotiable on the double the rate weekend rate even though there was minimal weekend guests. MInimal TV channels
Staff was not polite, refused to allow us to check in a bit earlier even though there was no one else there. Almost refused to let us use the lobby restroom! Advertised as breakfast included but had no breakfast at all

The front desk lady is rude and not helpful at all. Hotel has policies that they don’t stick to. Yet use the policy as an excuse as to why something is not available. Room could be a lot cleaner
Convenient to nearby highways & is located close to many restaurants & shopping.
Very nice hotel close to restaurants convenience stores and not too busy of a road. Only complaint is the heater didn't heat up 2 well.
Basic hotel at a reasonable price. Very clean. Friendly & accommodating staff. Breakfast was very basic, but good. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
I was within 2 hours of home and left a half hour of checking in. It smelled, mold in grout and terrible beds. The linens looked clean,but not mattress pad on the bed.
WOULD VISIT AGAIN. PLACE WAS NICE AND AFFORDABLE ..
It was a nice place to escape too. I worked long hours locally and lived 30min away so it was convient. Would stay again

I was in town two nights on business, and had to ship a heavy package to the hotel before-hand. I called it in and this was handled perfectly by the staff. The hotel itself is new, clean, comfortable, and nicely-decorated; a very pleasant surprise, as I hadn't stayed in a Comfort Inn in decades. The room itself had every amenity a business traveler might need, including wi-fi Internet access. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being a light-sleeper, I slept very well both nights; it helped that the hotel's guests were the quiet bunch during my stay there. The continental breakfast was handy and included the usual trimmings, which was perfect if you need to get out of the door fast in the morning. There are lots of chain-type restaurants around, and a UPS Store right around the corner for shipping needs. It's a couple of miles from the main freeway (55), which was fine. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, and highly recommend it to others, families included!
