Nice facilities
Everyone was friendly and the property was great except the hotel room wasn’t the cleanest. The conditioner in the shower was empty, there was hair from previous guest left in both the shower and the sink. The bed wasn’t properly made… otherwise the rest of the experience.
The room was very clean. Staff was super attentive and cheery. Accommodated us and 2 other families near each other as we were there for a soccer tournament. The area around the hotel is great. We walked to dinner at LaScala. It was great and reasonably priced.
Staff friendliness was superb…Greetings, “can I help you with something?”, giving directions, all great!!
Staff was friendly, enjoyed the Starbucks/bar on the lobby. However, not enough towels. Had to request several times, AC did not work in room, staff did not service room.
Having a Starbucks coffee shop on site. I was served one of the best cups of coffee in my life.
What a mess. The cook worked the front desk. There was no where to park. There was construction all over. Roads closed to find the hotel...employee had no idea how to navigate the road closures...and when I did on my own...I needed to drive back to where I started when I was lost to park and then walk back to hotel. Really ridiculous.
Great location- were able to get free parking on property which was great- if the lot was full they were validating for the parking garage across the street. Check-in was easy and the room was fine. We did have a little scare at night-someone else attempted to enter our room saying they thought it was theres and their key actually worked and open our door. Good thing we were there when it happened. Front desk made us a new key and offered free breakfast in the morning. The only other thing I had an issue with were the elevators-they sounded like they were not working correctly-concerning noises, movement, etc. Many guest commented on this while we were there. Very nice lobby and steps from restaurants and campus!
The staff in the morning was very rude. Me, my husband and my kids checked in late that night for a one night stay to go to the kids wrestling tournament the following morning. I booked the room through orbitz and paid for the the room that came with breakfast. That morning I came downstairs early to inquire about how breakfast works since I did not see it’s a buffet style and instead, the guys started asking telling me oh you have to pay separately for breakfast and that the room does not come with breakfast. He was so rude about it and talking down to me like I can’t afford to pay for breakfast and I don’t belong there. Then he asked me what my room number was and I’m like, why are you asking me this? I came down here to inquire about the breakfast before the kids wakes up and before we leave for the wrestling tournament which will be around 7:30am. So I told him what my room number was and he’s like, oh it doesn’t say here that you paid for the room with breakfast. So I told him that I paid for the rooM through orbitz since it’s $16 cheaper. He then told me, because you paid the room through 3rd party and not direct, breakfast is not included. And I told him how he’s wrong. Showed him my receipt through orbitz and the whole thing was him talking down to me. I was very upset and left and told my husband. We ended up leaving that place without eating and we paid for the room with breakfast. That person doesn’t belong there and to work and to deal with people. He’s very rude!
It's a nice facility conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Parking is limited, however, a garage adjacent to the property is available with validated parking by the hotel. We, unfortunately, had the misfortune of staying near Halloween and the ghost and goblins staying there were unusually loud. We survived. All things considered, we would return... it was a very good experience.

It was supposed to include a continental breakfast. We were there for a hockey tournament and had to leave by 7am. The breakfast didn't open until 7 so we had to leave the hotel to pick up food before the games. The rooms were comfortable bit it was pretty expensive.
Hotel staff were excellent, they have a great shuttle and the staff do all that they can to go above and beyond. The social hour every night is incredible with wonderful appetizers, and breakfast is amazing as well. Great hotel.
