Hotel was as billed... jetted tub... king bed.....
The only good thing about the stay was the housekeeper (male). He was polite, and when asked for something he got to it right away. Smiled and was courteous at all times. The owner did call to confirm we would be there because we were running late, that was nice of him. We arrived late, got into our room and get ready for bed. The next day we noticed food along side the bed, dust on everything, the microwave was filthy from other people's food, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and someone had burned a smiley face in the curtain, the tv remote did not work on the tv. I had to program the remote myself. There was food or drink, ?, on the walls. The owner's wife was rude. After we spoke with the housekeeper, he came into room, cleaned the microwave, vacuumed the floors, checked the bathroom, and redid the trash cans. We had to ask for towels after so many days, we had to place our trash outside to get more trash bags. Then to top it all off, they started doing construction on the rooms next to us at 8am. I had to speak to the owner's wife, and the workers themselves to solve the problem. The owner's wife's answer for anything we asked was, housekeeper, housekeeper over there. We decided to stay because when I asked the owner if we left if he would refund us, he smiled and said oh no.
