This place operates that way a hotel should operate. Quick check-in., clean comfortable room. great breakfast and effortless checkout. A bit pricey but a great place to stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time that I stayed there I thought it was a little weird that they had a price list for items in the room like the iron and bath towels. But I figured that they must have gone through some theft issues. During my second stay I felt deeply offended as the person at the front desk asked me what brought me to town. I told her that I was raised in the area and was visiting family. She then gave me a *no party agreement* to sign. It basically stated that my room could only accomdate two people and that I wouldn't have any additional guests. This may just be a new policy but I won't be staying at this hotel again. I felt uncomfortable with a business that treated me as a dishonest patron. And I truly wonder if ALL guests sign this agreement or just people of a certain culture or age. Other than that the hotel is always clean, affordable and it's close to the highway. But there are others in the area that offer the same features that don't treat their guests as thieves and wild partiers.

Well the hotel itself was clean, with access to computers, swimming pool appeared clean, I didnot have swim Trunks. One problem I had was when I checked out I was advised that they could not give me a reciet for my stay. I than ask what the price was and they stated they couldn't tell me. They referred me to youu. Is that your policy? I need a bill for reembursement ?

busy hotel due to soccer tournament and extended power outages in the area. but the staff made the most of being overworked and were still friendly and tried to be helpful. basic breakfast offerings - rooms were clean

This hotel is nice - it's clean and the staff are friendly - timing was not the greatest. Due to severe storms the week before and a delay in getting electrical power to the area, the hotel was booked full. This made special treatment like late checkouts unavailable and staff a bit harried. The little things weren't done - but I understood they were overworked and under appreciated by some guests (yikes).

Very nice place to stay - family used the pool - it was great.

I was only at the hotel to sleep. the room was clean and the staff was pleasant. This was my second stay at the hotel; the first time i stayed we ate the complimentary breakfast. it's always nice to have a free breakfast, but the food wasn't good enough for us to eat it during our second stay (powerdered eggs). Best hotel for NJMP goers if the ontrack suites are not available!

went to alt city, nj

New the track but no towels in room when I arrived and sheets smelled bad

There's not much to say. I arrived at 9pm in the dark. I went out for a quick bite to eat and brought it back to the room. I went to bed, watched a littel tv, and was up and out by 5am and it was still dark.

This hotel was booked because of a family reunion in the area. There are lots of hotels to choose from, most of which are less expensive. Though, we picked this one because of an indoor pool. I booked through [...] and called the hotel to confirm the reservation and specifically mentioned on the phone that we were glad to find a hotel with an indoor pool. I had also called before making the reservation and made a similar comment. We get to the hotel and, guess what... NO POOL!!! Apparently, it had been closed down for weeks (IE. The person with whom I spoke should have known and should have let us know). Granted, some members of the party were less than happy about the situation. However, the hotel staff seems to be completely disinterested, barely offering a half-hearted apology. Near the end of our stay, my fiance's 7 year old nephew accidentally ordered a game on the tv while playing with the remote. It was closed down right away, but alas it still showed up on the room charge. Perhaps the hotel and staff would be nice enough to take the charge off since the game wasn't played... NOPE!!! Not even to make up for the pool issue.Bottom line... this hotel is overpriced for mediocre rooms and poor hospitality. Stay elsewhere!!!!!

Great Location near New Jersey Motorsports Park. Hotel has free wifi and Breakfast. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

The hallways on all the floors smell like cigarette smoke. (They try to disguise the smell with room spray - but it didn't work. The floor above us had a soccer team on it and it was very loud. You could hear doors closing, and people talking all through the night. The clerk tried to give someone else our room, so at 2am we were awoken by a loud knocking - not once, but twice. Then they change our room and put us upstairs and I opened the bed to go to sleep and there were 6 long dark hairs in the bed. I don't think the maid changed the sheets on the bed. We did have 2 queen beds, so we slept in the other one, but I just didn't feel very clean after that. I would never stay in that hotel again if I had a choice.
