There was no staff at the reception, 2 days in a row. The elevator was not working Lamp was not working in the room. This means poor room service and non existing quality control! The room was dirty, very smelly and outdated compared to other Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels.

Nice newer property, comfortable beds. Pool was supposed to be open until 10pm but the water was very cold. Staff said there had been many customer complaints in recent days because of the water temperature. There were some issues with a lack of light bulbs in the pool room and it was announced suddenly that it would be closed at 5pm. Frustrating when the kids think they are going to the pool. Complimentary breakfast was not good. Staff was nice.
I love the service from the front desk. Only thing I dislike is the arms on the chairs that I stayed in were dirty. That was my only complaint

I was surprised they have a office for people to catch up on work.
The cleaning staff was not as good as we expected them to be. Didn’t vacuum rug. Didn’t make bed well. It was very noisy at this room because they kept slamming doors all around us.
Room was spacious and comfortable. And the was a grocery store right across the street that is perfect for the full kitchen in the room.
It was one of the best hotels I ever been to and it was affordable.
