The hallways had a bad sewage smell, the breakfast food was old and cold, I only received housekeeping 1 time and they didn’t replace my wash cloths, I had long hairs on my bathroom towels that were not mine.

They did not plow at all during the storm, they did treat the sidewalks and it was extremely dangerous going outside. Cars were iced in and could not get out. I have never seen a hotel not attempt to keep up with storm conditions.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was very spacious, modern and clean-minus a few ants in the bathroom! It was peaceful, quiet and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. The water in the shower was warm, not hot. The work out center was well equipped, and had Christmas music playing, which was a very nice touch! Overall, a very nice hotel.
