The hotel generally is not too bad, but am sorry to say that my first experience there regarding the room I was given wasn’t good. The tiles in the bathroom floor was broken and shaking when you put your feet on it, and they know about it and they still decided to give the room out because that was the last room they have opened for that night. The bathroom walls has hair all over it, in the bathtub and on the floor. The carpet in the sink area has dirts on it from not being properly vacuumed. The dressers in the is totally old and chipping off and dust on the tv stand and dressers and on the sink area. The AC unit making a hell of noise. I think they need renovation of that room if that is not how other rooms are, or they rather don’t rent that particular room out till it is in perfect condition. And I got there around 1am with my little kids already sleeping lates on the bed when I and my husband discovered the condition of the room and we couldn’t start taking the sleeping kids out again at that time of the day to look for another hotel. And I couldn’t even sleep throughout the night as I was just rolling up and down on the bed and I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. And the receptionist was the only staff there overnight, he was also the one that did the breakfast and every other things that morning and he was still there till we left at around 11am, I guess they were short of staff or something. I call the attention of the receptionist to the condition of the rm
