The hotel itself is very nice from the interior and outside. The room was clean. The bathroom was very nice. Furniture a little outdated I wish the rims were as nice as the hotel itself Some of the ladies at the front desk could be a little nicer. Costumer service doesn’t seem to be a top priority.

The toilet paper is one ply in a hotel that is nice? Even motels have 2 ply. The internet is only free if you sign up for Hilton honours and book another stay? My door was knocked on at 9 am for cleaning? No directions for ordering room service other than something hidden under do not disturb card. The room itself was very nice the bed comfortable. But when I spend money on a suite I expect a better all round experience.

The rooms are dated and lots of dust on all the top due to old architecture. The beds were so comfortable and amazing. I thought with a 2 bedroom suite I would also be getting a mini kitchen. Not so. Fridges could be bigger with some small appliances. A water bottle could be free in the rooms for guest.

Staff will make phone call to ask whether to clean the room & top up for clean towels rather than just skip the daily cleaning. Very responsible Allow early check up when possible ( staff are very friendly & understanding)

I spent the afternoon at Mernov Spa for my daughter’s birthday which was an amazing experience, we checked in early & Waseema, Bhavneet & David were very courteous and accommodating with our stay - I would recommend updating washrooms, changing sofa bed mattress & offering complimentary water - aside from these the stay was comfortable & the staff mentioned made it more so! Thank you 🙏

Great location in Markham. Lots of parking spots. Staff were friendly. Rooms were well kept and clean. It is good they have gym access at the club next door.
