Hotel clerk Erica deserves a raise for her wonderful customer service skills. After explaining that another hotel down the road took my money for a room and then booked it to someone else because I didn’t “call ahead to confirm I was still coming” Erica took it upon herself to make sure we were taken care of and accommodated. New facility but missing basic expectations

Frequently, could not get help from the front desk--no one around and no way to contact anyone. Disliked that there were no suites--they don't have any. Unable to get any luggage racks. Another chair in the room would have been nice.
