The room was clean and comfortable with amenities such as night gowns available to make your overnight transit much more comfortable with a small backpack of essentials. A full supply of toiletteries is very much appreciated. I love that the hotel is so conveniently located in T3, a short walk to the train station that will take you to Ginza within 30 minutes. Look for a 30-hour layover to explore Tokyo. :-)

Clean, convenient fairly easy to check in. It’s an airport hotel so our expectations was cleanliness ,convenience and somewhere close to get food. We arrived in around 11pm and food options were almost non existent other than the convenience store. Rooms were small but enough for two people, Staff was helpful and for the convenience we would stay again.

Room was fine. However, I had to search for my glasses (they ended up somehow in the ridiculously large pillowcase) so I was looking everywhere for them…including under the bed. Besides it being very obvious this bed hasn’t been moved for vacuuming underneath for quite a long time, near the head of the bed, the wiring there was frightening.
