I had two bookings. They did not consolidate. I offered the lower grade option. They wanted me to pack and unpack tomorrow in the middle of business meetings. I even offered to forego the extras that I paid for the premium room for the next three days.

This Iconic hotel is in a great location for accessing public transit and close to Haneda airport. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were friendly and competent.

The view was spectacular. Definitely booking again with this hotel. I got to see the Tokyo tower every night before bed. This was exactly what I had expected to get from my stay here in Tokyo. 100% recommend for the view!
