Good location but room too small for family of 5

Check-in was a bit difficult as the tablet used for check-in was hanged. Took some time to reset the tablet and to get connected to their wifi in order to try checking-in again. The room is a bit too small for a family of 5. Nice to have hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Pillow too soft but bed too hard. The location is good, near to many restaurants and the shopping mall has good shops such as MUJI and Uniqlo. Nevertheless, thanks to the online service staff for answering my questions promptly before we arrive.
