Once you find the entrance elevator on the north west side just outside Tokyo station you go to the 27th floor lobby and checkin… very close and walkable to imperial palace and central Tokyo…

This hotel would be my first choice the next time I am in Tokyo. It checks all the boxes for me. Clean safe and most importantly, next to Tokyo station. Unlimited dining and shopping nearby. The breakfast was good and staff excellent. The view was impressive. A person could watch bullet trains arrive 30 floors below through the floor to ceiling window in the shower?! Also, model railroad in The lobby is worth some study.

People need to know that this hotel is on the 27 floor of the Sapia building. A building just next to TOKYO STATION. THE HARDEST THING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS FINDING IT!

One of best locations I stayed at in Tokyo area. Tokyo station was right downstairs so I was able to check out Tokyo character street and ramen street and other stores all throughout the day. There also was a 7-11 atm if I ever needed cash. There is both JR line station and subway line downstairs so easy access for both. Staff were friendly and room was spacious for it being in Tokyo and the view of city was beautiful to wake up and sleep to. Room was clean and modern. Loved the model they had of hotel in center of lobby which was amazing to look at how detailed it was. Rooms were on pricier side, but your paying for premium location and room so to be expected. Staff were friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that it would have been nice if staff helped to bring luggage up for it being 4 star hotel but besides that, everything else made it an amazing stay that I would return to.

30 seconds from Tokyo station

Excellent location and nicely decorated! The hotel 1F entrance is 30 seconds away from the Tokyo station. We booked a double twin room but be aware that the room is small and the bed is small too. It's a bit crowded for me and my 9-year old to share a bed.
