The room was was small but adequate. The amenities were great. I stayed on the 34th floor renovated room and it was a nice cozy retreat. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely.

Excellent location, right next to Tokyo station near Shinkansen. Beautiful property. The breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of choices and delicious. Our room was very tiny but it’s okay for just one night.

I would stay here again without a doubt. However, be aware the difference in size of the rooms is great even within the same class/price of room. Confirm before you go because the larger rooms are really luxurious and the newly refurbished rooms are really tight!

We’ve been staying at Metropolitan every time we come to Tokyo. This time around they had some renovations going which did not bother us but I understand why they are doing it. The carpet and other things in the rooms could use some work. Still one of the best views from the room!
