Love this hotel and excellence in all, will stay here again next time in Tokyo. Hotel rooms much much better than their photo showing when you book. They should showing the view window on all rooms and dinning surroundings. It is far exceeds my expectation. Better than some other luxury hotel. Love it!!!
Our room had a Mt Fuji and Akasaka Goyouchi view (The Akasaka Imperial property with the Crown Prince's Residence) from it in 35 F. It was very new and clean. I was told it just made 3 years. Plus, all the hotel staff were very polite and kind. We had an amazing stay! I totally recommend this hotel to everybody. I will defiantly stay again in the near future :)
Room: rooms have a terrific view of Tokyo, with a window side bench/couch. Room can be fully controlled via iPad. Facilities are very new and everything is very comfortable. Staff: extremely attentive staff. Fantastic concierge team that dealt with my dozen restaurant reservation requests. One of the best hotel experiences ever.
Excellent service and world class staff! The kids loved the room.
I loved the hotel! I am a clean freak and i’m very picky with regards to hotels. I found the Prince Gallery to be very clean and modern hotel. Convenient location very near the train station and away from the crowds. The toiletries provided were great and the shower was awesome. The views of Tokyo from our bedroom were stunning .
Although there aren't any sites right nearby, it's a great location as it's well connected. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable. Blackout curtains block 100% of sunlight and it's one of the nicest showers I've ever used in my life. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast isn't worth the extra cost.
