Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service! I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on point with both a rainfall and wand option. The location was excellent, just a 5-8 minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Despite being so central, the area felt very safe and quiet, which made for a restful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay in Tokyo! Would definitely stay here again. 🚆✨🏨

Very good choice

Originally, I chose this hotel because of location, 8 min walk to our meeting place for our Viator excursion to Mount Fuji. Service, breakfast, and cleanliness is awesome. There is a 7-11 store towards the back/basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku train station and bus stop. We booked Airport Limousine bus ($22 per person) as transportation to Narita airport, and pick up location is at Hilton Hotel nearby, about 1 block away. I will stay at this hotel again next time we’re in Tokyo.

Property is in very good condition. Complimentary water, tea and coffee is nice. Easy check in and check out, especially with automated kiosks. Bathroom is nice and spacious with good shower and excellent water pressure. Bedding is confortable and there was a desk and sofa in room. We had jr. Suite which felt a little bit crowded with the 4 beds and not a lot of room to move around in the living room area, but it was fairly comfortable for the 4 of us. Nice to have 7-11 in basement of hotel. Near to metro station but not too much to do in immediate area around hotel. Shopping areas are 20 min walk away, although i suppose you could take metro and get there in 10-15. There is also a large park 10 min walk away. Main street in Shinjuku is a 5 min cab ride (cost around 900 yen).
