They don't clean or take out the garbage. They were otherwise very helpful via cell phone communication. The apt was comfortable, everything working.

Amazing place and location!

I was more than pleasantly surprised how nice and great this place was. Much better and bigger than pictures show. It is located by a great intersection. Grabbing a taxi super easy. Dizengoff mall is almost next door along with supermarkets and many many places to eat. Great air conditioner, kitchen packed with every utensil and need, very clean, big flat tv, it is all in a very private apartment style accomodation. It is all automated, you pick up key at shop next door and use your code to get in emailed to you. I would definitely stay here again, price is not bad and it gives you experience of feeling like you live there. If i had to find anything bad, is that elevators are tad small and when you come out you still have a few steps to enter apartment which is not a bad thing itself.

Very good Location Moderately priced for Tel Aviv It’s an apartment block, so no office You get the key from a minimart two doors away Room is big The floors are at half floors from the elevator stops. I.e., after getting off at the “Floor 1" from the elevator, you still have to climb up or down half a floor of steps to to get to your room. This was a nuisance for me but would be seriously problem for a women or a disabled person with a large suitcase. Check out with left-for-a-few-hours luggage involves leaving the luggage on the fourth floor near what I presume is the manager’s suite. The bar-restaurant next to the apartment entrance serves the best grilled ham and cheese sandwich I have ever eaten.

Great place to stay for families

Great place to stay in heart of Tel Aviv. I was thankful that the room was equipped with a washer and dryer, especially while traveling with children. The owner was very responsive with requests and questions.

Pleasant apartment in happening location. Management is off site, so if you got locked out it would be a problem. Instructions covered most things, though. Hot water has to be turned on with an umarked button which took me a while to figure out. I had some difficulty completing the payment, which was not actually collected by hotels.com for some reason, which required quite a bit of correspondence before arriving.

Great apartment, great location!

Comfortable, cozy apartment with great location, right in the heart of downtown Tel Aviv. Great balcony to enjoy the sun. Above a bar; can be a little noisy in the late evening (9-11pm) but not obnoxious. Kitchenette is workable, but only for small meals.

New renovated vacation apartment in prime location

The place was newly renovated and clean, and the location was great. We had no trouble getting in, even though there is no lobby or reception. The only issue was minor upkeep. There was a large stain on one of the shelves and the coffee maker was not clean (i.e. it had very old coffee in it).

Absolutely the worst "hotel" ever!

This place isn't a hotel but apartment, and NO maid service! We, family of 4, stayed here 3 nights, but not enough sheets, pillows and towels. The biggest problem was one child had to sleep on couch, and other child had to sleep on a board pulling out from under the couch! On the first morning, there was no hot water on shower. Washer didn't work. Then the next day, A/C didn't work. It was absolutely a horrible place to stay!

Clean, well-appointed, great location. However, a query to the owner regarding slow internet was answered, but not resolved. Internet is extremely important for planning and the rooms service was unusable.

Cool pied a terre in vibrant tel aviv

We stayed a few days w two kids. Very clean and roomy, all beds, bedding and facilities very good shape. Close to bus stops to Tel Aviv Uni (#25 up the road, from TAU quick walk to train station), big mall down the road at Bagroshov, other Sid of the road is a grocery well supplied. Across from apartment is Streets, cafe open 24/7, great food. Couple other great cafes within 10 yards of apartment. We cooked a lot of meals in apartment, was convenient and easy. Met owners a couple times, extremely helpful, able to be reached as and when needed and big shoutout to DiDi for a great welcome late at night when we got in from airport.
