It’s on a quite area of the strip . Very well cared for .. great for families with kids or people who like the quite but action is just a few steps away!

Property is old and dated, similar to its timeshare guests. Average age is a 60-80 year old

Beautiful and very nice room but only in the renovated section.

very nice on beach. comfortable units. nice staff!

Great beach and pool, apartments are new and comfortable. We had a one bedroom in Phoenix 2 - the newer building with two full bathrooms and full kitchen and balcony. Lots of shade by the water no need to fight over spots by the pool or ocean - quiet resort but there were kids around too and many families. Walking distance to restaurants.

Hotel is located at the end of the high rise hotels. Beach was very quiet, clean and very enjoyable entire stay. Food was good but a little pricey

on the beach, walking distance to the restaurant and clubs areas.

We had such a wonderful time. We were there with friends who have this resort as a time share for eight years. We stayed as a "rental". We had a beautiful large suite, all updated with a wonderful balcony ocean view. The staff is more than attentive. Valerie Tromp, the Concierge is the sweetest woman and so helpful. The beachfront is set up in beautiful sections with palapas, lounge chairs, hammocks and even tables and chairs. We had a wonderful time and we would most certainly recommend staying here.

Right on the beach and the room was spectacular! We also bought into the Pure Points Program and plan to visit the hotel every year.

Good location comfortable great vacation service was good. Hotel was very accommodating

the hotel was very nice. i was always used to better service when traveling,of course this was i first time i didn't do all inclusive. i was not offers or shown any types of excursions except the time share tour. Had a awful timed checking in had to wait a few hours for room to be ready and my feet we very swollen from the flight, they didn't care, but other people we able to go to their rooms early. i tried to make a call and wasn't quite sure what to dial so i tried 2 times only to get a rapid busy signal and was charged $2.58 for a call that didn't even go through. Included with my time share tour was free buffet for breakfast the food was so greasy that i got instant diarrhea from-- great! The only floating things they offered was a stacked of broken down ones with hardly any air in them . Another disappointment ! The wind was so rough that it was almost impossible to lay in the say because you were covered with it and all your things kept blowing away.

We had to move to three different rooms during our stay due to a very, very strong musty/basement odor. It made it quite difficult to stay in the room while breathing that odor. I had to purchase Febreeze to spray the curtains, bedding, area rug in an attempt to minimize the odor. They changed the AC filter for us, but little change occurred. The third room turned out to be tolerable. We’ve stayed there in the past in 2011 with no issue. We were hoping to replicate our first experience at the Phoenix. This was our ninth visit to Aruba. We’ve stayed at other resorts/hotels with no issues. So —- we can’t blame the smell on the humidity or people leaving the sliding doors open as they tried to tell me numerous times. Washing the drapes, cleaning the air vents and ac unit might help in my opinion. The staff was very friendly; especially the front desk management.

Hotel nice, clean comfortable and staff pleasant and worm. I wish there will be restaurant open for lunch on promises.

The Divi Phoenix was a great hotel with Helpful Cheerful staff. I was lucky and got an upgraded room With beautiful ocean view. The buffet breakfast was delicious, too I would definitely go Back to stay there again. I usually stay at Hilton but they were booked so I Stayed at the Divi Phoenix and loved it

Great vacation, food was excellent. Chris that took us to our room was excellent and a wealth of information. Walter at pure ocean restaurant is the best. Only thing I whis they would change is to have the swim up bar pool adults only.

Great location. Beach n pools. Room very comfortable.
